Q: How do I know if it will work?
A: While we can never guarantee speeds, we have resources in place to check your address for coverage, the radio bands on each tower, and the overall area for service.
Q: What if I don't get a cell signal on my phone?
A: We have advanced equipment to help with this. Our self-installed antennas can usually pick up a signal, even in areas that have no coverage.
Q: Is installation difficult?
A: Nope! Installation is as simple as plugging the router in, waiting 10 minutes, and then connecting your devices via WiFi. You can also add your own router to ours by plugging an Ethernet cable into the WAN port on your router and then plugging the other side into the LAN port on our router. Both routers will have these ports labeled.
Q: What speeds can I expect to get?
A: While we can never fully guarantee speeds, our plans offer a set speed of 10mbps upload and download (on the red plan). The latency is very low on this plan and 10/10 is typically enough for a family to comfortably use the internet on multiple devices.
Q: Is 300GB enough?
A: Every household is different, but 300GB is typically enough for a family per month. We also offer packages with multi sims for people who need more data. If you are looking for one of these packages, email our support team at support@bullpointnetworks.com with the subject line "more data".
Q: Can I use this for online gaming?
A: Each gaming server is different, based on our services IP addresses, sometimes users will get a "NAT type 3" error. We recommend reaching out to the gaming company for more information.
Q: What if I don't like the service?
A: We have a 14 day return policy (10 days from delivery date) in which you can return equipment (if you bought it from us). We refund everything except the return shipping costs.
